Beachfront vacation rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

Alloggio molto carino e pulito in ottima posizione in un quartiere molto bello e a due passi dal lungomare e dalla metropolitana per il centro. Tiziana un host fantastica molto disponibile e super gentile ci ha trovato pure una guida x dei bellissimi tour. L'esperienza del paniere da calare dal balcone indimenticabile. Speriamo di tornare molto presto.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Il loft si presenta come da descrizione, confortevole e silenzioso, l'host molto attivo e disponibile rende la tua permanenza a Napoli più piacevole tramite una guida su luoghi e ristoranti da visitare. Struttura consigliata!

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Beautiful place! The rooms are spacious and it was great to have outdoor space. The hosts were extremely responsive and very kind. Would recommend to anyone during their visit to Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... Looks just like the pictures and the surrounding beauty is even prettier in person! You need to be able to do a lot of steps, for this kind of vacation in general. Our host was so helpful and picked us up in Minori (just below). They stayed in contact our entire stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was great, the view was breathtaking! The market is a 15 minute walk up hill but a wonderful walk back down hill! The bus is great, they left us 2 tickets which we used to go into Amalfi and it was a great experience to learn how to use the bus! They recommend a boat tour and helped arrange it, it was so magical, if you have the opportunity definitely do it!! We would be happy to go back in a heartbeat!

What a lovely place to stay and just unwind. It was our home away from home with views to die for.

We had a great stay - the location was great and easy to get around on the subway. The apartment is spacious and matched the description. We had all amenities we needed. Apart from what’s listed in other reviews, we felt the place felt a bit damp when we kept the windows closed but that wasn’t an issue at all - we kept them open whenever we were home.

Appartamento molto carino, perfetto per una coppia con un bambino. Ilaria ci ha fornito una culla per nostra figlia, con lenzuola nuove. L’appartamento è alla fine di una salita dalla riviera di chiaia, vicinissima alla stazione di Mergellina, comodissimo per spostarsi verso il centro. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente qui!

We had a great time in this super nice and well located apartment. The only slight downside is that it the building is located on a street with a ton of constant car traffic. The bedrooms are in the back, off the street, so no issue sleeping. Host is great and very communicative and it was very comfortable and loved the location.

Michele’s apartment was great for our short stay. Easy parking on site. It’s a little bit out of town but suited us. Lots of nice vantage points for views of the bay of Naples nearby. Bus was easy to catch into city centre. The host was exceptional!

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Galdino nos recibió en la puerta del apartamento, nos dio instrucciones de traslado a las islas cercanas, recomendaciones de comida y de transporte. El departamento estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila. Nos permitió dejar el equipaje. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We arrived later than anticipated due to the ferry being late. Francesco waited for us and we were beyond grateful. I usually stay in Airbnb’s opposed to hotels and in all my years of travel, this flat was the absolute best. Absolutely beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. Thank you very much !!
