Monthly Rentals in Chevy Chase

This is our second stay and we will return in the Fall. We love the location and the neighborhood. The place is cozy and relaxing . Mark is very responsive and the place is stylish and immaculate. Its a great place!

Great place to stay, comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen. Laundry room was very convenient and nice to have. Location was great, very accessible to the metro. Walking distance to grocery stores and places to eat as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is a gem for anyone looking for a place close to DC for longer stays for work or otherwise. It has everything you need and is in a great area with easy access to shops, the metro and other amenities. Highly recommended!
