The accommodation is pleasant, spacious and safe, Juan Carlos and his mother were very kind, they allowed us to enter before time since we were very tired of the flight, they gave us several recommendations, nearby there are several places to eat at any time, commercial squares in case it takes something and to go to the malecón in 10 minutes by car, to leave for Bacalar and Belize, it is very quick from that point.

I was looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay, it exceeded my expectations. I went for work reasons and would certainly choose it many more times, for rest or vacation. The house is very nice and the service is needless to say 🙌🏼

I stayed at Ernestino's house with my family and we had a great time. The place is really nice, with a large patio perfect for spending time together and enjoying as a family. It also has direct access to the lagoon, which made our stay even more special. Ernestina was an exceptional host, always attentive to our needs and making sure everything was in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully stocked, which allowed us to prepare our meals without a problem. Another point worth mentioning is the internet, which worked wonderfully. This was key for me, as I was able to do my career work without any problems while the rest of the family enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back.

Everything was very good. I traveled with older adults and the stay was very comfortable for them and for me. I recommend it.

An excellent place to rest, very comfortable beds and everything is very clean, they just needed to have a large mirror but everything else was very good, highly recommended. I went with my children and they were very comfortable in the place

The place is exactly in the pictures, perfect for two. Very quiet and safe area, shops in avenue a few blocks away. Only the garage is for 1 car, so leaving the car on the street is a problem with the neighbor who is believed to own the full bench to the corner and even the place for garbage located on public road (in front of his house), where he leaves the garbage at the check-out; I sack it and threw it at the entrance door, arguing that he is bothered by the smell, the flies and that it is also only for his garbage. There are instructions in the room about lights, air, fan, wifi, etc. but nothing on how to dispose of trash if you are pet. Not a complaint about the host, but to take into account.

Staying with Enna is to feel like you get home 🏡 This is the second time I have stayed with her, and I can only highly recommend her stay, I felt bad, she recommended me where to go she was aware of how she followed. Whenever I return to Chetumal, I hope to stay here 👈

Quiet place, good location and always attentive to my stay

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

I went for work and although I didn't spend much time in the place, the short time I was there was quite nice, comfortable and quiet. I slept like a log, I felt more comfortable and cool in this place than in a hotel in the downtown area. Thank you!

Would stay here again in a heart beat! The staff is outstanding. They are accommodating and friendly. My husband found the bed a bit too hard and voila, a mattress topper was produced. I asked about places for public access to swim in the lagoon and a list of access points was sent immediately along with a map. They really want you to have a great stay! The unit (the Bamboo Suite) is exactly as shown in the photos . . . close to the lovely pool area and with its own private patio. It was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Super close to everything, we parked the car and didn't need it. A great find and it was exactly what we were looking for, it is an Oasis indeed.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it complies with everything described, its host is very attentive, she is attentive to what one may need, she responds quickly, and she is very nice, the accommodation is very well located, by the docks that give access to the lagoon, downtown, as well as restaurants, shops and taxi service, I will definitely come back, excellent place.
