An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Air b&b favorite ❤️ So much to say: Second stay, and as soon as we arrive the location gives us the first notes of this relaxing stay. First of all a bright driveway leading to the entrance door of the b&b air. Always on the same continuity a beautiful exterior including dining table and two sunbeds on a beautiful lawn to spend a moment of relaxation and calm☺️. Then arrived the entrance to the first room which offers a large space with a round table as before, with added to that an equipped kitchen. As for the bathroom, what comfort❤️, walk-in shower, hot water all in extreme cleanliness❤️. And of course the nails of the show, a bedroom with a window with the most comfortable bedding we have had to date❤️. Air b&b beyond our expectations, not to mention the host who is incredibly kind. Thank you for this magical second quiet stay, a bubble apart❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

It’s an excellent experience to stay at Patrices place. Patrice gave us the clear guidance about the studio and everything around it.The view from the terrace is amazing!!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Vincennes. Would like to come back one day!

We loved staying at Isabell’s place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful garden. Easy and quick access to D line into the city. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and eating at local restaurants. The Cafe right outside the RER station is fantastic. Isabelle is a lovely host, very personable and kind. We would definitely stay with her again!

The accommodation was very suitable for me and my daughter (15 years). Upon arrival, Martin guided me to the parking lot in the underground garage and was friendly. Beautiful roof terrace available, and so I could watch the sunset from the jacuzzi. The metro was about a 15-minute walk away and from there about 30 minutes by metro to the heart of Paris. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away - there is work on the road - all shops are simply accessible. Departure has gone in good consultation

Chloé, she is very friendly and always attentive. Apartment located on the outskirts of Paris, in a quiet neighborhood and overlooking the Seine. Everything was very new, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Philippe's place. The apartment is conveniently located near Parc des Buttes Chaumont, which was great for walking our dog in the morning. The metro is a 2-minute walk, allowing us to reach the center of Paris in 20-30 minutes depending on the area. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we really enjoyed the sunny terrace, especially in the evening after a day of exploring Paris. Philippe is an excellent host, always available by message and very flexible for check-out. We appreciated the small touches such as chocolate on arrival as well as a fridge we could help ourselves to. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed here for the view and to be able to sit outside and see the Eiffel Tower light up , perfect . I knew it was small in space and was fine with that but because we are on a big tour we had lots of suitcases so no room . That’s on us . Mr Francisco was lovely and very helpful . Very nice to kids . Area looks a little intimidating at first with high rises all around but I felt silly after that as it was lovely once we walked around . Everything worked fine . Bedding could be updated . Very small but that was clearly instructed and quickly forgotten about when having a wine outside looking over Paris .

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple metro stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

A quiet apartment with a private enclosed courtyard which is important when we leave some luggage in the vehicle. The apartment was very clean and very well-equipped. We came with our 2-year-old Chip and she was happy and peaceful there. We will definitely be back! ☺️

From the outside it is hard to imagine such a lovely garden, quiet surroundings and art filled space. There is easy shopping and restaurants nearby and it seems quite safe on the nearby streets. Alain and Eric are friendly, very communicative, and accommodating. There is some complexity in the entryways but all is well explained. Very comfortable for our family visit to Paris.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

Perfect stay! The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The perfect location, quiet while being close to all amenities. The host Romane was very accommodating, Hugo was very responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
