The place was really nice, private, and peaceful. It is next to a metro station that it actually surprised me how close it was. The place was super clean, and comfortable. My only inconvenience was that at first was that I was not able to casting my phone to the tv, and I always need to watch something to be able to sleep, but once I found out the way, everything went smoothly and without any problems. I really recommend it if you are planning on staying a couple of days in Paris.

We loved staying Sophie&Stephane's beautiful studio apartment in Paris. It was centrally located and it was easy to get to all the places we came to Paris to see. Even with a technical challenge in the building, Sophie&Stephane were quick to address it. We would most definitely book with Sophie&Stephane again if we come back to Paris.

Can’t beat the location if you are planning to spend time at Versailles. Steps away from a convenient side gate to the main palace. Area is quiet and peaceful at night but still walkable to restaurants. Great place to stay!

It was perfect! Claude was an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. Could not ask for more. AND the location is awesome, cannot beat it. If you are looking for walkable restaurants & shops. Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

Perfectly located. So many restaurants and places of interest in a walking distance. Main Metro stations nearby. Supermarket just in front of the building. Only thing we didnt like was the showers. They are tiny even for small people. Very hard to take a bath on it. Besides that, perfect and very confortable. We shared with them other recommendations but are things that may not change at all your general experience. We recommend this place for sure!!! Thanks for your hospitality!!!

Gorgeous apartment and perfect for our family of 4 with two young children. Lots of nice details including a Nespresso machine and juicer for starting our mornings. Location near Rue Cler and Eiffel Tower was amazing. There were a couple cosmetic/wear issues that the host was extremely responsive to. We will definitely be booking again!

We loved our time in Paris. The venue was perfectly located for Monmarte & equally walkable to Gard De Nor Station & Champs Elise. The room was comfortable & peaceful considering we were so close to the nightlife. We’d definitely return here.

Great apartment, the three of us were very happy, on foot you can easily get to the means of transport to the center of Paris. Clean and nothing is missing. Just a note, two rolls of paper are not enough, I had to ask for them at the reception, but it remains a detail of little importance, otherwise everything was perfect

We had to rent Reva's apartment at very short notice, as our original booking had been canceled by the host at short notice. That's why we were extremely grateful that Reva was extremely friendly and quick to communicate and very flexible with check-in. The apartment is extremely beautiful and tastefully furnished and fully met our expectations! The location is perfect and the apartment is still quiet; the kitchen equipment is basic, but there are a lot of exciting restaurants in the neighborhood. Thank you so much, it was very nice! I'd love to come back :)

Pros: Excellent location, clean apartment, comfortable beds. We were literally close to everything we wanted to see for our first time in Paris. The apartment was very clean and modern just as pictured. The elevator was really nice when getting our luggage into the apartment. Cons: They almost exclusively used the canned (automatically sent) Airbnb communications. I sent a note at booking and before arrival saying that I booked the day earlier so I can be assured I could get into the apartment early next morning. There was no response from the apartment management. We had some trouble finding the apartment initially, I called the phone number provided and no one picked up. We ended up figuring it out, but it would have been nice if they answered the phone number they provided for help. That being said, it was still an excellent stay and we would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Yays Paris. Flat was clean and the location was peaceful location.Metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance.
