Beautiful spacious open plan home. They thought of everything. If by chance you forgot something, I am sure you will find it at the house. I have never come across an air bnb so well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need, including a blender (a first for us). To receive an e-mail the day before our arrival letting us know the house was ready any time for us the next day was such an added bonus. (While staying at another air bnb this year, they would not let us into the house until 4:00, even though our plane landed at 10:00. We were told to leave our suitcases outside the door and go and do something! I don’t think so.) So thank you for allowing us early access. This really was the perfect house for six friends who like to get away every year. Highly recommend. Also for an amazing breakfast try the Lighthouse restaurant downtown.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! Carm and Mary have a lovely space that they have worked to make comfortable and inviting! There were so many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the peaceful environment, the hot tub, and the surrounding beauty of the Georgian Bay. There were plenty of things that our children enjoyed- games and ping pong and the yard. The beds were the most comfortable have stayed in all vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and quick with recommendations. Highly, highly recommend this stay! Awenda Provincial Park and Wasaga Beach were easy drives and enjoyable.

We had such a great time at Spence lake house celebrating my Mom’s birthday with my whole family. The place is super cozy and right on the water, which made it easy specially keeping my toddler entertained with hot tub, trampoline and just hanging out on the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together, and the deck was the perfect spot for birthday cake and laughs with a view. Evenings around the fire pit were a big hit with both the kids and adults. The host Amanda was super friendly and made check-in really easy, plus gave us some awesome local tips. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home and made Mom’s birthday extra special as she was visiting us from India and we wanted to something special for her, so this getaway to Spence cottage was perfect. We’d definitely come back for another family getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay! Mark was a very responsive host and the place was full of amenities. We actually modified our plans to spend more time at the Airbnb because of how good it was. Appreciated the thought put into the Happy Birthday sign and complimentary firewood!

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's place. the cottage is beautiful, cozy and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. The walking trails are beautiful. We brought our kayaks and went to a public beach/boat launch which was only a two minute drive away. Couldn't have been happier with everything. We would love to return for another getaway.

This place was the most wonderful escape from the city, cozy and welcoming! Perfect trip for our toddler - safety outlets and even cute games to play inside and outdoor games as well! The perfect little home away from home, the paddle boats and fishing rods were the cherries on top ! Highly recommend

Pam's place on Miller lake is a wonderful spot to unwind for a few days or a week. The kitchen is well equipped and the barbq sits right outside on deck...and a very nice fire pit in the back of the property. Miller Lake is a nice lake and you can sit on the deck , overlook the lake and relax after your daily excursions. You are situated halfway between Tobermory and Lions Head, so close to many hiking trails and attractions at less than 30 minutes drive. The space is clean and very comfortable, this was our second year staying here and I hope to come back.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!

What a perfect location for our family getaway! The place was great to accommodate all of us. The amenities were great. We made the best of the fire pit and BBQ. To add it was nice and close to BLUE MOUNTAIN

Great little beach house for our family of four and pup! The resort is quiet and very relaxing. The pool, beach and kayaks were a big hit with our kids. We appreciated the puzzles and boards games on our last day, when it rained.

We had a great long weekend at Kathy’s cottage. The house is spacious and perfect for two families with teens. The lake view is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the new deck. The fire pit area quickly became a favorite spot every night. Kayaking in the calm harbor was a highlight! There were some bikes available as well, although we brought our own and didn’t end up using them. The basement has a second kitchen and fridge. The sauna appeared to be high quality — just note that you may need to reset it if the temperature doesn’t rise right away. One of the downstairs bedrooms is located next to the utility room and can be a bit noisy, so keep that in mind. Note that only three bedrooms are available for guests, as some rooms are closed off. The living room and main kitchen area are beautiful, with high ceilings and a stunning lake view. Kathy was very responsive and accommodating with a special requests we had, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great time!

We loved Michele’s house. It was clean and user friendly with everything we needed. We were a little surprised with one full bath and 2 half baths, but this turned out to be a non-event for us. We had a very flexible schedule and used the primary bath for showers. So no issue. The views, the deck and the seating by the lake were amazing. We enjoyed those both morning and evening. Sunsets were very special Michele was very responsive for questions and gave us exact instructions for entering the house. We were in a well maintained, well loved home and would definitely rent from her again, if in the area. Thank you Michele

We loved our time at the Summers on Mill! The cottage was so clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Alao the washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise! The location is perfect - only minutes to the beach and a short walk to the main street. Leah and Travis were amazing hosts and were always available when needed. We'd love to visit again!

If you’re looking from somewhere to say in Sauble, THIS IS THE PLACE! John and Yvonne are amazing hosts to say the least. We had John on site with us while we were staying at sauble - and we were treated like family. He was quick to not only answer texts, but if we needed assistance with anything he was there in minutes… maybe quicker! We were celebrating a bachelorette, and what a time we had. John went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need from scotch tape for decor to building a fire for us! He made our experience an absolute 10/10! We will definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay. Bnb is exactly as in pictures. Cam and Hayley were so helpful throughout.

What a beautiful place! You are secluded and really feel at one with Nature. Stunning sunsets overlooking the water. We used it is a basecamp for our Golf trip to Legacy Ridge and Cobble Beach and it was the perfect spot to come home and unwind. The morning coffees overlooking the lake were so calming and peaceful, as perfect place to Meditate and escape! The hosts were incredibly responsive and informative. The cottage itself was immaculately clean, one of the cleanest AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has the appropriate utensils and cookware. The exterior landscaping was very clean. Thank you! Will definitely return here in the future.

Cute little A-frame cottage by the lake. Perfect getaway for my family of four. The sunset views of the lake were stunning. We had lots of fun chilling in the hot tub and making s'mores by the fire pit. The location was quiet and serene and the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Tracey and Aahil were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We love this cottage! Everything you need with the beach close by. Beautiful and peaceful area and nice people. The dvd collection is just perfect!😀

Kamila’s cottage is amazing, such a beautiful place both indoors and outdoors. Kamila was so amazing with her kindness and communication. We were so happy about the goodies and help she provided. Kamila went so above and beyond that she gave us lots of information about places to visit and potential activities that we could do. We had an amazing time and we would definitely book with her again. 100% recommended!
