It was a great place to stay for our trip to Williamsburg!

Family-friendly resort in a central location to all that Williamsburg has to offer. Very spacious rooms.

Place was great. Family loved it. Plenty to do. Communication was great and check in and out was a breeze!

We stayed in the Patriot Suite and the King Size Bed was AWESOME!!! Amy & Paul were great Host and made you feel like family. We even went to church with them and were highly blessed! Thank you Amy & Paul for everything!!! We highly recommend staying there! Nancy & Randell

Beautiful grounds. Place was perfect for our 2 families to stay comfortably for 3 nights with plenty of room. Amenities were great.

Close to most things you'd want to do in a visit to wmsbg. Very clean and we loved using the indoor heated pool at the aquaticcenter and would love to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy other family friendly amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Area was very safe and located in a convenient location to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean. Mattresses were super comfortable. We felt right at home. Would stay here again.

Rob and Julia were super responsive and accommodated our last minute booking. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious for our family of six. The facility overall was well maintained and good with guests. They were particularly conscientious about covid protocols to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately that meant some of the amenities like the gym and restaurant weren't reopened yet but that will surely change in coming months. So if you're looking for a decent, family friendly spot for a few days, this is definitely good option.

A great resort to stay at. Kid friendly and is close to a lot of Williamsburg attractions. The owner was quick to respond and gave good instructions for the stay! Would stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great, there was a lot to do on the resort. The location was very close to all the historical sites and restaurants.

This was a great stay Pools were big and adult pool was great and play rooms and arcades for kids being completely free and included was a great extra. I will be back

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood ! Amenities were nice and the place was sooo affordable for the amount of room & acommodations we were given.

Me and 3 friends of mine stayed here for 2 nights to visit busch gardens. The value of this airbnb is understated as it is within 10 minutes of both busch gardens and Williamsburg. The amenities were nice especially the pickleball courts and the pools, and the bar attached had excellent food and drink. The condo itself was spacious and beds were comfortable. The first night we were there was no blanket for the sleeper sofa, but the receptionist was kind and and quick to deliver another blanket for us. If you're looking for a quick getaway in Williamsburg, this should be a top tier stay. Would stay here again!

The suite was very spacious, updated, clean, and quiet. Was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and kids ages 5, 7, 9) while visiting Colonial Williamsburg for 2 nights. We would stay here again! We were checking in after a long day touring Williamsburg and had to take an extra 10 minutes to politely decline the TimeShare sales pitch, but we knew we’d have to deal with this when we booked, and it was worth it to us for the great price for this place!

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed. It is an excellent spot for family vacations with plenty to do. We will definitely be returning.

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Short drive to restaurants. ~15 min to Busch Gardens. Nice property with things for the kids to do.

My first experience with Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, situated right next to the boardwalk and beach. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with kids. The host was outstanding and very responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the room and living area were spotless. I’m already looking forward to returning next year!

Maria was indeed a great host. The loft was perfect for what I needed, and the location was 8-12 minutes to every destinationI selected. I love that I had my own parking space and a lock on my loft door from the inside.

It was almost midnight and the app was cycling over and I thought I was sleeping in my car. Sherri Lynn accepted the late check in and her son showed us to the room that had water and a couple other drinks and a basket of snacks! Just what we needed after a long trip before our engagements for Easter. Everything was tidy and the stars are amazing out there. There’s almost a hundred plants on the porch healthy and happy. Beautiful house with a beautiful yard, my only mistake was not getting there earlier to explore a little and meet the hosts.
