My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

So wonderful to have a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Cute home, very comfortable bed and uncluttered, yet not spartan room. desk, tv, closet, bedside table and lamp and simple decor. Clean and quiet. I would hope to find the rooms available for future visits to Norfolk, VA. Yes in Ghent, close to ODU, downtown, and quick drive to Va Beach.

Loved our stay and how close we were to the beach! Our family had a blast! The host was phenomenal!!! Flexible check in and they even went above and beyond to ship our toddler’s favorite stuffed toy that we accidentally left behind! 10/10 would come back and highly recommend and this host!

I stayed at Laura's for five days while needing to balance working from home and traveling to Norfolk for doctor's appointments. I was greeted with kindness and given all the information I needed. I enjoyed knowing I was in a safe, quiet space, and that I had privacy, but also that there was a lovely couple available should I need anything. The room was plenty big and well equipped for me to be comfortable. Having a private bathroom, sofa, table to work at, refrigerator, and tv made it really easy to feel right at home. The coffee prepared and available just outside my door each morning was an awesome perk! The neighborhood was safe, and I was able to take peaceful walks in the morning and evening. I even did the "Miracle Walk" suggested in the guest folder. There's also a small park just behind the house with lovely trees! This stay was super easy, and Laura was very responsive for any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again!

It’s our second time staying at Zoya’s place. We love the neighborhood and the proximity to where we needed to be. Her son was with us and she premade a bed up for him, which was very kind communication with her is very easy and she offers a rapid response. You’ll have everything you need here. Her kindness is greatly appreciated.
