Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

The Barn, Glenrise

A recently built one bedroom detached bungalow with all normal amenities, including large lounge/kitchen with door leading to a small patio and garden. The large living area contains a double sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Diddly Squat farm, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.
