Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cherokee Reservoir

loved the large house my family and I enjoyed all the games and my daughter really loved the secret room. the view of the lake was amazing and enjoyed fishing as well

We had an amazing stay and it felt like home away from home. The house was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed for out stay. We were able to enjoy the beautiful back deck and couch on the back porch. A comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will hopefully be back to enjoy again in the near future.

The home was everything that was advertised. We understood that the lake would be down this time of year so we were not concerned about that. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and everything in the home was clean and working. We really had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here and will be looking into coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the lake!

Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was thoughtfully stocked, very clean, and the views were AMAZING. The property was spacious enough to accommodate two families comfortably, and the outdoor areas provided additional living spaces, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. Shelly and Chloe demonstrated outstanding communication throughout our stay, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to booking this home again in the future.

This place was absolutely amazing! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The screened in upper deck was our absolute favorite hang out spot. The house had great storage and room to spread out. The hot tub and fire pit were great! Everything was so peaceful and quiet. The only downside was the low water level of the lake but that is just the time of year. 10/10 recommend!!!

The cottage was very clean and in a great location. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while still being in a secluded location. The hosts were very quick and helpful with messages. We took them up on a few of their recommendations and were not disappointed! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain getaway!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking or walking in town. There were so many extras not listed - coffee, creamer, spices, and snacks in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap in the bathrooms; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. It was wonderful to arrive late at night and have a few comfort items to make it until the next morning. The beds were comfy with extra linens and plenty of towels in the bath. We loved our quiet evenings spent in the game room and around the fire pit. If you’re considering this property, just book it!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views and the perfect location to catch the sunrise. Loved sipping coffee and breakfast on the deck. Everything we needed for the prefect getaway. Friendly neighbors. Great location, close to local hiking spots including Long Arm Branch Trails Park( nice falls),Panther Creek State Park, and the Cherokee Dam trails. We visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. So much to see and do. Planning to come back soon. Thank you!

Loved our 3 day stay. Everything was very clean, neat and organized. Love all the windows leading out to the deck! Enjoyed the hot tub; however, the chlorine was a little strong. Other than that, it was very clean. Don’t judge the place by the front of the house. Once you open the door and walk in, you won’t be disappointed! Little paradise awaits!Only wish we would have come at a time when Lake Douglas was up.

We had such a Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Sneedville with our family! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and our pups. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Such a cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for being so flexible with check in! We will be back in the spring for sure and for all of our other trips to Sneedville. Yourcation awaits was wonderful. This trip will likely be the final trip that my father was able to make with us due to being diagnosed with Stage 5 lung cancer. He was able to make a lasting memory with me and his grandkids.

This idyllic home provided the perfect backdrop for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. The setting was incredibly peaceful and beautiful with a place for everyone in the group to feel special, and at home at the same time. Our host was so accommodating, and every amenity imaginable and unimaginable was at our disposal. My four year old granddaughter summed it up best when she said it was “the best trip ever!”

Great tiny home up in the mountains. Lots of privacy, kept very clean. Great view, especially when the mountains got all smokey. The only thing would be if you're a tall guy just know you're going to have a hard time with the shower, it is a tiny home, so kind of expected. 🤣 The Host was great about communicating, and responded in short amounts of time as needed.

Our large spring break group of 15 found the house to be perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and the large dining room table worked great for everyone to eat at the same time. Great views of the Smokey’s and a perfect location for going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Host was very communicative and answered all of our questions right away.

We cannot say thank you enough to Jessica for hosting our family reunion for Thanksgiving💕. Her place was more beautiful than we could have expected! We have stayed at many cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, and Jessica’s place is definitely one of our top experiences! It was convenient enough to get nearly anywhere we wanted to go but so wonderfully secluded and private that we could not wait to get home. Usually we stay high up in the mountains because I love the views from the sky, but man - add that lake in with ridges that you can see for miles - I’m sold! The sunrises and sunsets are mesmerizing especially with the bonus of kayaks she provides to enjoy the serene oasis that her house is situated on! The only tiny blip would be some minor upkeep (as expected from most rentals) - an insignificant concern compared to the entire experience! I have never been back to the same cabin twice, but I 100% fully intend to come back to this one someday - countdown is on! 🥰

Beautiful Home!! We came to Sevierville for our wedding and Iryna’s place was the perfect peaceful location for us to spend time together and with our family!!

Our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. Beautiful surroundings, gracious and kind hosts and a short drive to fun happenings. And be sure to buy the jellies!

We loved the secluded location, river views, fire pit, and large grassy area for playing football with the kids. The kids loved saying hi to the neighbors goats who came to visit. The location was convenient to town, Dollywood and the GSMNP.
