Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Located close to The Point Marina, downtown Dandridge and Very convenient to UTK, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, KNOXVILLE, and many other area attractions. Note- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and water levels will be lower from October to April so the boat launch and docks will not be accessible by boat.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.

Our beautiful A-frame home is located on Cherokee Lake in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Sleeps 4-6. This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The A-frame features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, grill, and a heck of a view.
