Best location in CDA! Adjacent to city park and Centennial trail, two houses from beach. Three minute walk to resort and downtown. Fully detached guest house for privacy, separate entrance through English garden. Newly renovated (floors, bathroom, etc). One garage parking spot and two optional street passes. Kitchenette includes coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave. Queen bed and 450 sq/ft including dining and living areas with separate TV. So much nicer than a hotel!!!!!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

This house is beautiful! I visit the area often and really wanted a spot for my family where we could walk to the river. This place hit the nail on the head. David and Stacey responded to any questions I had in minutes. Super safe neighborhood with kind neighbors. You can’t beat being able to walk to everything from coffee to the movies. We absolutely loved staying here! It’s definitely one of the top places we have stayed at! The rooms were so spacious and helpful since I am on crutches. The host was so helpful and responsive. They kept checking and seeing how it was going. The hot tub was amazing and one of the best I have ever been in. The pool table downstairs was nice and my kids loved the arcade and the yard to play in snow. There was high speed internet so we could game and not lag a huge plus! 5* place! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed at Nicola's house for a month while our house was being remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The house has everything you need with a great stocked kitchen and an office I was able to work from. The neighborhood is nice with easy access to Centennial Trail to walk along the river. Great place to explore Coeur d'Alene from.

As an air bnb host myself, I can say with all fairness that Shannon offers up an exceptional stay. The condo is spacious, spotless, and has every amenity. The location couldn't be better, and the bed, probably the most comfy I have ever slept in, in my life. The layout is excellent. We were two moms and two 12 year olds, and there was tons of space. Having such a wonderful home away from home really elevated everything about our trip and we were so happy to come home to the condo every day. Thank you Shannon!

I was very pleased with this air B& B rental. This is on a dead end street/ no thru traffic noise . Area was quiet, felt safe. Yard was well groomed. Fire pit in the back yard / hot tub ( with towels )/propane grill. Two bathrooms / full service kitchen. Island +/- Depends on if you like walking around them. Four bedrooms :One room with bunk beds worked perfect for the younger two boys. While both teenage girls got their own queen rooms. Movies were hid in the master bedroom closet ( kept the children from asking to watch TV ) .. Full size washer and Dryer was used daily. Key pad on front door. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Table sits six with matching chairs. No kerig here, hubby brewed a whole pot of drip coffee ( three options ) while the girls and I had tea. Dishwasher works … (opens with a noise ) but runs quietly. A few basic games and books We had a great time— we would return to this area — should we travel with addition family members in the futu

We had the most peaceful stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and the perfect spot for a calm getaway for our small family. Though it wasn't warm enough to go in the water, we enjoyed looking out the large windows, and sitting in the rocking chairs bundled up and watching the ducks and geese. Absolutely plan on returning!
