Quiet and warm cottage ground floor

At the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can go and come back with skis on your feet in the garden (blue slope), and in summer you are on the Gr5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to the bus stops, but it is highly recommended to have a vehicle.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden. Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the slopes of the Panthiaz, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Full south, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a snowmobile and/or SSV shuttle to the first car park accessible to cars (1.2 km). Return to the chalet with skis on, if possible.
