We stayed here for four days and we really had a great stay! Staying at their place really felt like home! I love that they have tons of books!! Their place is the best when you bring your kids here!! Even when you dont feel like exploring the neighbourhood, you'll have plenty things to do at home with the kids!!

It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed our second time at her house. We would stay again if we are in Fairbanks again.

Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The local recommendations were helpful too. Thanks so much! We also saw spectacular northern lights!

We came up to Alaska to see the Northern lights and we were not disappointed! We saw them every night we were there including groom inside the home! the home was adorable which really topped off our experience! you can see all the love that went into this elf house!!! Josie was very sweet and responsive! we would absolutely recommend staying at this adorable home in the North Pole, right down the street from Santa 🎅 and his reindeer 🦌

This was the perfect location for our girls trip to Fairbanks, AK. Clean, peaceful, and beautiful area. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at the Small Haven. The house was perfect for what we needed and our girls had an absolute blast staying there. It's a perfect little getaway location when you want something more than a hotel... Paige was very responsive and communicative and made ours stay wonderful. Small amenities included with the house made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen to find it available!

Gorgeous home! Laurel’s place was exactly as pictured! Beautifully decorated and super clean but also extremely homey and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, mugs, glasses, and silverware. Definitely more than enough for our party of five. She also had all the kitchen appliances, pots, and pans that you could ever need. Beds were super comfortable as well. Loved all the little touches in the home, especially all the bird feeders! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely book Laurel’s place in the future!

Small, cozy house near Fairbanks airport and it's a convenient location. Tera was good communicator and proactive as well. It was a fun stay and would recommend my friends if they plan on visiting Fairbanks

The Deneege place was an over the top home away from home. Everything impeccably clean, stocked, comfortable, and highly recommended. Easy communication and the location was close to restaurants as described. Would stay there again if ever in Fairbanks!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Everything you need, the resources the house provides are just like home, simple and convenient, a great place to relax.If you come to Alaska Fairbanks, you have to find Vitali.

Had a comfortable and nice stay at Sarah’s place. Place was exactly as described. Kitchen had good number of utensils and most essential spices. Couch and TV in the living room made it a great place to hangout. Bathrooms were clean and again had basic toiletries and towels. Beds were big and comfortable but the frame was not very strong and it was a bit shaky. Lights in the bedrooms and living were also minimal and not bright enough. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and host was friendly and responsive. No issues with self check-in and check-out.

A quiet place near the airport but only a short drive into town and anywhere else you’d want to go. This unit is above the host’s garage but I didn’t hear the host’s family at all. It was a great stay: comfortable bed, large bathroom, good shower pressure and heating, stocked kitchen, heating was warm and consistent, parking spot available, and best of all, we saw the aurora from the patio on multiple nights. We felt like home here. Sierra is quick to respond, her family is welcoming and warm, and I got to meet her adorable pup.

Loved our stay in Fairbanks! Raul is friendly & responsive, providing us with wonderful local suggestions. House was well looked after and as described. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Our main goal was aurora watching, so a comfortable place to rest between late-night outings was a must. The apartment more than fit the bill! We felt cozy and right at home. Everything was clean, the hot tub was always warm, the breakfast items were much appreciated and we enjoyed the games and entertainment options. Brendan and Kelly were excellent hosts. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others!
