Executive, Downtown Studio w/ Heated Garage!

AnneliseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cute, cozy space, great spot for a few days in Fairbanks. Just a few minutes walk from downtown, but also with a heated garage for a rental car, which was nice to have for more flexibility around town and the surrounding area. Partially chosen for the convenience of having a readily available washer and dryer, and a kitchen, as well. Joan was also really responsive and friendly. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever get to go back to Fairbanks.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home! We stayed for 4 days and the 5-bedroom home was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making cooking meals a breeze. We also loved the home theater for relaxing evenings. The large deck was great, and the jacuzzi in the master bathroom was a luxurious treat. The location was convenient, and the house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Luxury Northern Light Oasis

KimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Parker's house was very clean. The house was a great size where everyone could have their own space as well as be together. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The house had a very cozy feeling and was in a perfect location with a great walking trail across the street. You are close to everything but far enough away in a private setting. I would definitely recommend Parker's house to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area.

Charming Farm House

KRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What an absolutely wonderful place to stay!! It was like a home away from home! Very comfortable and peaceful. Perfectly situated to be involved with activities a short drive away, but far enough away from hustle and bustle to have quiet....and to see the Nothern Lights from right outside the door! The farm animals are delightful and my kids enjoyed going to the barn to see them. It was one of the best weeks of our lives! Hoping to come back during the summer or fall season at some point to see how different Alaska is in the warmer weather and I would hope to be able to stay here again for that! Thank you, Heidi and children, for sharing your home with us!

Our family of four came to Fairbanks for Northern lights and remote work. Staying at Sabrina’s house was very enjoyable. Good location, easy access. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The local recommendations were helpful too. Thanks so much! We also saw spectacular northern lights!

Northern Lights views from bed!

JeannieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our family of 3 adults and small Frenchie spent a week at Rocky top Airbnb. It was magical looking out from the large windows at the snow coming down onto the beautiful Birch trees. It was like looking into a snow globe. The area is quite and peaceful but also convenient to the airport, restaurants shopping and walking distance to nice hikes. Christopher's dogs were friendly and beautiful. The Airbnb was roomier than the photos and had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, had nice linens, and great smelling soap but most of all it was a great place to see the Aurora. We were able to get great photos from the balcony when it showed up. We would definitely love to return again and highly recommend Rocky top Airbnb. Christopher was kind enough to loan me some ski poles which came in handy for walking to the Casner Ice caves. Thanks Christopher

We had a great stay at the Small Haven. The house was perfect for what we needed and our girls had an absolute blast staying there. It's a perfect little getaway location when you want something more than a hotel... Paige was very responsive and communicative and made ours stay wonderful. Small amenities included with the house made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen to find it available!

Rural Alaska Cabin near the White Mountains

MichaelRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Excellent place, exactly what I was looking for! Private, secluded, away from city lights. It looked like it would be great sky for Aurora viewing (sadly we got a cloudy night but it was very dark with big sky). Lots of good trails nearby, and the host left good info/pictures about the place, trails, and surrounding area. We took the sled out to ride some of the paths! Host Lara was extremely helpful and accommodating. This being a small place (as advertised and expected), it didn’t have diverse pillow offerings stored in the unit. If we were there more than a single night, I suspect Lara could have offered a substitute. If you are picky, you may want to bring your own! All in all, an excellent stay and I wish we had longer in our trip to settle in.

Aurora View Log Cabin Authentic Alaskan Experience

AprilRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This cabin retreat was absolutely perfect! It remains my best getaway yet! I couldn't ask anymore of the place itself, or Andy as the host! From start to finish, it was perfect for me! Just adorable! The Northern lights also put on a show the first 2 days I was there! in fact, the actually followed the road to the. cabin and remained above all night! spectacular! It was convenient to access different locations, but felt miles away! I can't say enough! It's an experience that will stay with me! -April

Northpole Cabin House 1 bedroom/I bathroom

KatieRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Owners were very proactive in their responses and very sweet. Airbnb feels like it’s private but very close to resturant’s and trails. Finally, on my last night I was able to see the Northern Lights from their cabin!! Host also had this instant hazelnut coffee for the mornings that was to die for. The only thing that could have made this place absolutely perfect is some ambient lighting inside the cabin! Such a picturesque place, and the harsh lights that are currently there are abrasive at nighttime. Other than that, I would absolutely stay again! I’ve got to come back for the winter activities. :) Thanks for a great stay!

Pet-friendly Dragonfly Cabin on 90 acres of trails

KristinRating, 5 stars4 months ago
For anyone adventurous enough to visit Fairbanks in the winter, I highly recommend these cabins. I had the chance to stay two days in the Dragonfly cabin and two in the Wild Rose cabin. While they're similar, I enjoyed the differences in the local artwork. They're both tucked away in the woods with access to magical trails. Fairbanks is fairly spread out and has limited public transportation so it is best to have a car. There is shopping about 10 minutes away, as well as numerous restaurants. The dog mushers hall is less than a mile away, don't miss an opportunity to see the races if you get a chance. The real show stopper of course is the Northern Lights. We had the chance to see the lights from the frozen pond on the trails and I'll never forget the experience.

Aurora Viewing Apartment Sleep 1-6

YoshitakaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I had one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! The neighborhood was incredibly cute, and the family hosting was very nice and welcoming. The place had all the kitchen amenities I needed, a clean bathroom, and comfy couches that made it easy to relax. One of the highlights was even being able to see the Aurora from the property—a truly unforgettable experience. The location was fantastic too, with everything in a charming area and conveniently close to Walmart and other amenities. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable getaway with a warm, homey feel.

Cozy Little Dipper

Sylvia Laabs -Rating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!
