Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chelem

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it was clean and tidy. Due to the 3 doors to the apartment, we also felt very safe. Unfortunately, it had no direct daylight, but that didn't bother us much, as we were traveling most of the time anyway. The center is only 10 minutes away by Uber and the area is very quiet and pleasant. Etnya is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. We would book the apartment again.

Miguel/michael is a great host and will always take care of you. I would ideally give this place 4.5 stars because whoever does the cleaning only does a very surface level cleaning. We usually have to do more of the detailed stuff. But the host is very responsive and he speaks English which is a nice bonus. The building itself is well maintained (I didn’t like that one time someone rented out the top floor without telling us) but besides that it was nice.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment, it has all the amenities and the plus is access to the pool and the extensive and quiet green areas. Beautiful place, totally recommended 😍☺️☺️

Excellent place, very comfortable and quiet

Very nice condo on the 11th floor of a high rise complex with floor to ceiling window wall and great views of a lake, greenbelt and the La Isla mall, inside the larger private gate guarded community of Cabo Norte residential. Beautiful tree lined streets and greenbelt areas with lakes and a great place for walks. Nice well equipped and maintained gym and a huge outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. The mall is right there with restaurants, movie theater, lots of shopping and ice cream and smoothie shops and a large department store with a basic market for water and supplies. I really enjoyed my stay in Merida and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Mayra's place. Great place!

The place is just as described. You have everything you need. The pool is a super plus for the heat. The bed was super comfortable. Not so close to getting around downtown by walking but many transportation options. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay. The house is very nice, the bedrooms are comfortable and good size. We really liked the area. We had some oxxo, pharmacy, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. We were able to get to the center without a problem. Excellent communication, they were always attentive to our doubts. We were very happy and grateful!

Welcoming, I went with my family. Perfect for disconnecting, everything indicated in photos, it's as you find it. Highly recommended, Maria Eugenia, very attentive and always with communication to provide help in any questions. I'd go back without a doubt.

Highly recommend staying at Nuria’s place! The location is perfect, plus the garage was great to have as the rules for street parking weren’t super clear. We particularly loved that the outside patio area was always pretty shady, so we could lounge outside without completely baking. Laundry was also a great resource that helped us pack a little lighter! Overall, a beautiful place!

Very kind Mr. Carlos, he was attentive at all times, very good area to the house, close to restaurants and very clean, only that we were quite a few people (6) for the size of the beds, but from there outside the beds and the hammock that was in the room were very comfortable, thank you for everything!!

It is a wonderful house to explore the city from there. Bicycles are ideal! The house is equipped with every comfort, everything has been thought of. Wonderfully private, easy parking at the door. Unaware stay, would book it again soon. Charles was a very friendly host with lots of tips.

This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.

The house is very nice and cozy, we enjoyed a few days of being alone in it, it is very quiet and you feel safe at home, the pool is luxurious, it is small, my child enjoyed it to the fullest and we together with him, it is special to relax and cool off, just like at night sitting in the armchairs outside, it was the most relaxing, we really enjoyed it very much. The location is really central, everything is close by, if you like to walk a little, it's wonderful.

The apartment is just like the description of the listing , Elena awaiting arrival and departure , the very safe area 5 min away by car from the progress beaches, I would definitely stay again

It's a pleasure to see that Merida offers places like this in the north, so close to Lavin Avenue, within the ring road.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.

Oscar was a great host! He was very responsive when I asked questions such as restaurant recommendations. Check in was a breeze. The condo was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
