Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

Absolutely gorgeous stay, perfect for celebrating my mum’s 60th birthday. Set in gorgeous surroundings, the cottage was super cosy, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We all loved it and are wanting to come back again soon. Also thank you to the host for the beautiful welcome hamper, what a lovely gesture! X

The perfect place for a stop over - walkable distance to the local town and shops area. Selma is a lovely host and we would definitely visit again!

This is a great get away. very comfortable and just as described. The interior was clean with slightly quirky items/pictures that drew your attention. We enjoyed the games, musical instruments and exploring the manor grounds and fortifications. For my husband and I it was perfect and we wanted for nothing. Stuart and his wife were perfect hosts and we were grateful to have the opportunity to experience this type of property. it is great for visiting Bungay and Beccles and I am sure it would be easy to get to to the coast for day trips.

A uniquely styled bathroom features a bold orange and black patterned wallpaper. A small sink with two taps is complemented by a white hand towel on a rack, while a toilet is positioned nearby. A rounded mirror above the sink reflects the vibrant decor.

Stayed at 23 Church Street, Halesworth for 3 nights in May. Lovely house within a charming town and within reach of the beautiful costal towns of Southwold & Aldeburgh, which are well worth a visit along with Framlingham.

We had a brilliant few days in the barn. The property is absolutely stunning and is set in such a peaceful location. We watched green woodpeckers from the windows and enjoyed sitting out in the gardens when the weather was kind. We had a couple of lovely walks to the Rumburgh Buck (2.5 miles away) who served great beers and lovely food. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and peaceful surroundings. We loved the Hive decor and the Hot Tub. We will recommend to friends and family who want a relaxing time away. Marcus was very helpful with sending videos of the Hot Tub instructions as we've never used a log burner style before. He was very responsive to my messages too.

Wonderful place to stay, tons of character & charm. Beautiful little garden with a pond & seating area, the house was amazing; well equipped kitchen, a little library, wood burners & fireplace and a stereo with great tunes! We felt very at home & loved it!
