They were very responsive and the location/setup is fantastic for a little weekend getaway

Can’t say enough about this wonderful retreat and Trudy as a host. First, it is a beautiful escape in the country with such attention to detail, you could spend your entire stay admiring the thoughtful decorations and gardens. Second, Trudy makes you feel at home with clear labeling and instructions on what can be used and what is for decoration. Also, she does a great job of pointing out amenities (such as a neat little built in wine fridge). She provides numerous products for your use from soaps and beauty items, to condiments and even some food items and fresh cut flowers from the garden. Thirdly, the garden and charming garden shed (complete w/ 2 outdoor cats) could be in a magazine. The large covered outdoor areas give you the ability to enjoy the countryside with access to 2 outdoor fireplaces, a large dining table and several comfortable seating areas. Overall, this is a hidden gem from a most thoughtful host with a nearby winery 2 miles away. We will return!

The invite into this accomidation is all one needs with tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and an operable kitchen to cook any type of dish desired. The added bonus of the bueatiful view while sitting in comfort of matching oversized back porch chairs, which are placed in the front as well. Felt right at home in luxgurishly.

Fiancé wants to come back to this place every vacation!! We absolutely loved it even with the rainy weekend we chose, staying in did not bother us at all! I will say I did not realize there is no oven in this unit just stove top and outside grill. Everything was very clean and the color theme I enjoyed a lot. Thank you hosts !

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the lemurs and zebra, and the hot tub was huge! The adjustable bed was absolutely heaven.

The rental was perfect for us. We were visiting the area because our son’s family has land that they love and camp at frequently. We are passed camping so this spot was perfect for us…comfortable, spotless, quiet so we had a place to relax after a day of being outside hiking, playing with grandkids, birdwatching. Everything we needed…comfortable bed, shower and tub, great appliances. We’ll stay at this rental again when we join family up in Oklahoma.

We really loved our stay at the Hummingbird Treehouse! The first day was super quiet and relaxing. I was a little surprised at how close the other treehouse on the property was. Given it isn’t in the pictures, I thought we’d be a little more secluded. The Bigfoot Treehouse is about 100 ft from the Hummingbird Treehouse with the latter’s patio facing the former. If you look in picture 13 and 30, you can see the ramp leading to the other treehouse. It is a really cool stay still, just be mindful of how close it is if you’re wanting a more private weekend.

A great place with an amazing view. Shauna was very detailed with the instructions and was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
