We had a wonderful weekend at Whispering Pines. The home had beautiful views, great lake access, and was the perfect distance from the restaurants and shops. We visited in the off season so there were not a lot of boats out and it was very quiet. There were some light bulbs out and things of that nature, but again, it was the off season. Everything about the home was perfect and allowed us to get away and truly just enjoy ourselves. I would definitely be interested in staying here again in the future.

The house was lovely. Everything we needed for a relaxing few days was there! Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Weather was a bit cold to be down at the lake but we managed a little time by the water. Lots of chairs available for our use. Beds were comfy, lots of tv’s and hot showers! Would definitely rent this house again!

This home was very beautiful. My husband and I was looking for a short peaceful get away , and it was definitely that plus more . Lots of space for a bigger family but just perfect for my husband puppy and me . The Kitchen was very assessable with everything you need only suggestion is of course bring your own food but seasons as well. Hot tub and fire pit came in handy to add to the relaxing vibe. Overall I give this place 5 stars. Ps they do provide towels but bring your own wash rags .

We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a great location. We had some rain over the course of the stay which made having a roof over the hot tub very helpful. We also liked spending time in the basement with the pool table. Definitely would be interested in staying here again!

Couldn’t ask for better. Place immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for and more. The beds had great mattresses. Everything advertised was there as promised and the location was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. And Brandi was extremely accommodating. What a great find! Thank you Brandi, for the perfect stay. Five stars for sure.

Great little cozy cabin for a quick getaway! The fire place, hot tub, and option to bring our dogs was a huge plus. Clean for a dog friendly property. Great location, convenient to the slopes and the town, but also private and peaceful. Brittany was very responsive, which we appreciated. The listing is correct, definitely need that 4wheel drive vehicle! We would love to return.

This is a beautiful property overlooking Deep Creek Lake, and very close to Wisp Ski Resort. The bathrooms were all updated with great finishes, the kitchen was new and updated, the WiFi was fantastic. During snowy weather, the recommendation for tire chains and/or a truck should be taken to heart. The house sits atop a very steep set of hills. Andrew and his team were super helpful having the driveway plowed. We'd absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat close to lots of outdoor activities.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the views at Josh and Becky’s. The name “hideaway” is very accurate — though easy to access, it is peaceful and feels private. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfy! We would definitely come back the next time we need a relaxing vacation.
