Mark was a great host! It was a last minute stay and he was very responsive. We had a toddler that made some noise and he was very understanding and friendly as we arrived late and made some noise. Will definitely stay again.

This site was perfect for what we needed. The area was walkable to where we wanted to go, and there were major roads that led through town and to the Interstates for ease of access to all of the areas around that we wanted to go. The name of the place is the Hidden Gem, and this site most definitely was that. The home was spotlessly clean with plenty of extra blankets and dishes for our needs. Everything about this home was what we needed and wanted. We have talked about coming back to Morgantown for a weekend visit, and if we do, this will be the first place we check to see if it is available.

After 20+ hours on the road, we only had 4 hours to get some rest before the viewing we came into town for. Sam allowed us to check in early so we could get some rest prior to. The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the park and snow cone shop with our daughter. It was in a great location, 5 minutes to Walmart, ALDIs across the street, restaurants nearby. We will be booking with Sam again! Thank you Sam for a comfortable stay during a difficult time for my family and I.

Laurel and LoriAnn are wonderful hostesses. They really wanted to ensure that our stay was excellent. They resolved a couple of issues immediately. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We would stay here again.

Great deal! If you’re visiting Morgantown with a group & need a bunch of beds & bathrooms, I can’t imagine better bang for your buck. Ray & team were extremely responsive when a few minor issues came up during our stay. It’s worth noting that this apartment is right downtown, so while it is walkable, it’s not the quietest. Light sleepers might have a hard time, but I slept like a rock :) Would happily stay again!

Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend your property! It was a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. We felt right at home! It was quiet at night (we were gone most days). My biggest positive about this property is how CLEAN it was! The hosts were very responsive when we reached out.

Staying here was an absolutely peaceful and relaxing experience. From the minute we arrived we felt more than at home, it was perfectly clean and felt very cozy. The extra touches of complimentary cinnamon swirl bread, popcorn and much more made for a very relaxing experience. It was great to spend some much needed time away hiking in some of the local parks. what a lovely place to stay. Cheaper than the local hotel and much nicer. Carolyn is a great host! The apartment is equipped very nicely, very comfortable furnishings. We will stay here again for sure.

Everything was great. Anytime I had a question, I gotta response right away. It was close to the hospital, which made me feel safe, very close to the football field, If I wanted to go to a game. We were there for a geocaching event. With over 5000 people from around the world. We pretty much only use the location to rest and bathe, but it was nice to have our own space away from everyone. sometimes things are just too peopley. on the outside, it had inn vibes. But on the inside, it was beautiful. I didn't get checkout instructions so I feel bad because I left a dish in the sink. And some garbage in the bathroom can.

Christina was a fantastic host. The place was very nice and included everything listed. She answered promptly to questions and provided details about the local scene. The location was on the edge of Morgantown in a quite neighborhood but was also within 10 mins of grocery stores and restaurants.

Mikes place was very clean and was exactly what we needed while in the area for work. Mike was awesome to deal with and very helpful with anything we needed while staying there!

It was a cute little carriage house apartment. The jetted tub was nice, it had a coffee pot and blackout curtains. Though we didn’t use it, there were EV charging stations and worth noting. It’s about 5 miles from Oakland proper and 10 miles from the touristy part of Deep Creek, so close enough but far away enough. If you are looking for a place to get away with amazing views and to check out from the real world, this is the spot. Kam was responsive when we did message her. Definitely would recommend.

An absolutely beautiful location! I was able to watch the leaves change in fall while soaking in the deck hot tub. The studio apartment was perfect as my home away from home while on a travel nursing assignment. I had everything I needed. I was able to bring my roku and watch my TV shows while relaxing in the recliner chair. The shower is very roomy. I love that a washer and dryer was included. The only thing I wish it had was a toaster oven…but that is a luxury not a need. The stove, toaster, and microwave were perfect for my month stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to “get away” or working in nearby by Oakland, MD. The host is wonderful and very responsive.

Loved our stay! Lowell was a great host, he was very responsive and accommodating. Great location with beautiful Mountain View’s! Peaceful surroundings and great set up for the house. Felt very homey and great Amenities! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!!

This place was BEAUTIFUL!! So clean and smelled great inside!! the privacy the owners give you is amazing, it felt like we were at our own home. so comfy and cozy. everything you could possibly need is provided for you. the hot tub with the view of the mountains in the background was just perfect!! honestly we rented this place to go hang out in Cumberland which is just a short 7 minute drive but I could have stayed the whole weekend not leaving this basement apartment it was so beautiful!!

We booked this place last minute for a snowboarding getaway for a rare Maryland powder day! This place is central, located less than 5 minutes from the ski resort and restauraunts in the area. The hot tub after a day on the slopes was a hit. Cozy, had everything we needed. We were plowed out and the walkway was shoveled for us. Low maintenance for visitors! We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yoder School House. It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially the hot tub with a lovely view of the farmland and watching all the birds at the feeder and in the field over coffee in the mornings. The house had everything we could need - Rhoda is very thoughtful in stocking the kitchen and even leaving fun board games. We loved the proximity to the Casselman Creamery, and it was a great location for day trips to hike Mount Davis and explore Ohiopyle State Park in PA. WE would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
