Shikher was one of the sweetest host, he helped us with local recommendations be it food or cab driver. Also he was super proactive on communication. Even gave us late checkout and early check in which made our commute so convenient. As for the cottage, it's perfect for 2-3 people, kitchen has everything you might need for a short stay and surroundings were really peaceful. Walkable to the main market. All in all loved the stay, would 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful and spacious stay near the heart of Bir village but far enough from the main road to be peaceful. Enjoy birdsong in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. Kritika is a superb host and incredibly responsive - we felt very well taken care of. Any needs/requests were immediately responded to. Many thanks to Soman, the housekeeper, who kept the place clean and is the nicest person. Don't hesitate to book!

Amit is the sweetest host you can imagine. From going out swimming in a local stream to talking over chai, the time spent with him was truly a highlight of my Bir trip. The property is arguably the most peaceful spot in Bir. Everything was as advertised, and in fact the terrace exceeded my expectations. A great spot to work from, watch the dark skies or just soak in the mountain scenery doing nothing. I also used the kitchen extensively, and it is well-equipped. Also many nice cafes nearby. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at the jade cottage with my mother and it felt like home. The property is near to all the tourist destinations and it was more beautiful than the pictures. Kanika was really helpful and made sure we had the best time❤️ Hope to visit again, soon!
