The place is absolutely stunning. The sunroom was our favorite. It was the perfect place to get everyone together and have fun!

This house is beautiful beyond my dreams. It was exactly what my family needed. It had everything you would need for an extended stay. The house had plenty of linens and towels. Had plenty of cookware and dishes. We loved the board games provided. The screened in porch was the best part! I also love that a stair cover door has been installed. This is great if you have small children and don’t want them going downstairs. Amenities were as described. The dock area is great! ALSO the fan in the king size bedroom is AMAZING! I am one that has to sleep with a fan and not only was it great white noise but it also cooled the room very well.

The absolute best place I’ve stayed so far. Host responds immediately and it is a beautiful piece of property where you get both close to things you need and peace.

Went here for a chill weekend with friends for my birthday. The house is beautiful and well stocked with supplies. I only regret that we weren't able to sit by the fire pit due to storms. Nicky was a great host, her instructions answered any questions I had before I could ask them

Everything was wonderful we stayed there to be close to family who stayed at the Lake House. Having the kayaks was great the kids and adults both enjoyed them

The house was perfect for my daughter’s spring wedding in the Tennessee mountains. There was enough bedrooms but would like more closets or some place to hang clothes. It was nice to have a lovely deck with a great view.

We very much enjoyed staying at Anna's Place. It was clean, we felt right at home, and Josh and Anna were very responsive when we needed help with something. I would love to stay there again sometime.

This location is very private and quiet. Exactly what I was seeking. The home provides a cozy yet pleasing respite from City, Enviromental and Human distractions. The is a GEM and you will be blessed if you are called to experience the stillness of this unique space and place. I look forward to returning.

The rental was amazing. Very clean, roomy and a beautiful view of the lake. Mitch was very responsive and friendly. The pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person to take it all in. This has been our favorite vacation so far. If you love to fish you can catch all you want from the back yard. We will definitely be back next year. We didn’t want to leave. Another plus is that you are only two hours away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Nashville for a nice day trip.

The best stay ever! Can't beat this location. The hiking was great! The sound of the falls were so peaceful. Beds were comfortable. I've stayed at 40+ airbnbs and this one is at the top. Great host, too! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this airbnb because this place was not far from Howe Farms where our daughter's wedding took place. The space was great for accommodating all of us! Some places say 8 guests and you walk in and it really accommodates 5-6 people. This home definitely sleeps 8 guests and can accommodate more with air mattresses if you bring them! The neighborhood is quiet and it's so peaceful! We would definitely stay there again!

The home is very clean, well outfitted, and nice. The backyard is beautiful and provides lake access and a fenced in yard. Jennifer is very responsive and understanding.

We are new to Airbnb, but we were really happy with our stay. The house was clean and exactly as described. It’s a beautiful property next to the river. The kids loved being there. We did a very short stay, but we did everything we wanted to do. It’s a very quiet and rural area.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels and a stocked coffee station. What really stood out, though, was the host. Valerie's tasteful and cozy house provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing retreat. She was super friendly, responded quickly to any questions we had, and worked with us when we had some unexpected changes to our travel plans. Look forward to returning one day!

Our family enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us ranging from 20-82 and we all felt there was enough space, especially being able to use the back patio. We spent much of our time sitting out there enjoying the peaceful setting and watching all the bird activity. It was convenient having access to the garage for additional storage space. The kitchen was well stocked. The only item missing (imo) was a hairdryer. We visit Dayton several times a year and we hope to return to this house in our future travels.

The view is lovely. This home has separate spaces for families or groups of friends with two different kitchens. I loved that there was a bedroom directly next to parking so a family member with a disability could walk in without taking the stairs. The home had plenty of linens, games and kitchen equipment. Having two washers and dryers was also a nice bonus!

Had an amazing stay! John and Julia were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I’m book marking this house for my next trip out to TN! 10/10 would recommend building a fire and grilling there :)
