This Airbnb apartment is exceptional in its cleanliness and charm, complete with all necessary amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well-appointed. Ashley's hosting skills are outstanding. She is always available when needed and eager to share her knowledge about the area. Our stay was truly wonderful!

3 Bedroom Suite- Great Location!

Hotel Clemons has a great vibe, not like a normal hotel, so it was a nice change. We had dinner across the street at Easy Bistro which was convenient! We stayed in a 3br and one of the rooms has just a wall, no ceiling to separate it from main living area. It was OK after everyone went to bed, but some of our party stayed up longer, and it was a little bit of a nuisance with the sound and light. We only used the kitchen for coffee and drinks. There were a few games that we took advantage of during the evening and that was fun. There were five of us, but the bathrooms only had two bath towels, 2 washcloths and a hand towel each so not enough if we were staying longer than one night. Some of us didn’t bother showering before we left so it wasn’t a huge problem. All in all, we would stay here again!

If you are looking to stay in Benton this is definitely the place . It’s beautifully located with amazing scenery. The room it self was very clean and cozy . The shower/bathroom is definitely on point . Just the attention to detail that was put into this place is amazing!! Dylan is definitely a super host . Check in was super easy as well as check out. The later check out time was perfect!! 10/10 Recommend!!!

As a repeat guest, this is my favorite place to visit when I’m in the area. Kathi and David go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Between the comfort, cleanliness, beautiful views and the exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I will be back to visit every chance that I get. I’m so very thankful for Hiwassee Acres!!

Anna was exceptional to work with. We realized that i booked the wrong days and Anna was great at responding quickly to my messages to get it worked out to rebook the correct dates. We would recommend booking your stay with Anna at The Fishermen’s Lodge. It is a great place for anglers getaway retreat. We will be booking with Anna in the future.

I came into town due to a sick fur-baby. Needed this as a very last minute also needed a quiet space to try to recover and exactly what I got. Clean room. Comfy bed. Great temp. Clean bathroom. In the morning was nice to meet folks who share a great cup of coffee with me. Back again tonight! Price was well worth it and more comfortable than any hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked it to the moment I checked out. Everything is clean. There’s a refrigerator and sticky notes to label your food. The surroundings are beautiful lots of things in walking distance I will 100% be back soon. Great job crash pad!

Mike and his family are very friendly and helpful people ! They moved my room to accommodate my disability needs right away always respectful in personal space. They are my to be recommend and I am grateful to have met them!

Centrally located. The family who owns this place is sweet friendly and just a pleasure to meet. So sweet. So glad we decided to stay!
