The accommodation exceeded my expectations: space, comfort, well-equipped,...and above all a haven of peace with a garden/terrace and a beautiful library. Excellent welcome from Cécile: responsive and caring. The neighborhood is quiet with local shops. In less than 20 minutes from Montparnasse train station by public transport. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

After initial difficulties, as there was an extremely noisy construction site directly under our room on the street, we felt comfortable as we got a new apartment to the rear courtyard. About the apartment: Good amenities, except for the missing oven, which in my opinion belongs in a kitchen described as "complete." In addition, the dishwasher is very small and there could be a little more cutlery. 3 advantages of the accommodation: + great garage parking space + Great connections + great communication 3 Cons: - narrow - but comfortable - beds - No oven - Very small dishwasher On the whole, I can recommend the place and would also come back.
