The only downside would be the price of the supply of linens (sheets and towels) and the amount of the cleaning package! However, the house is very nice and very comfortable. Very well arranged, it would really be very difficult not to like it.

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

Great rental, met our expectations and we recommend it without reservations! Very well-equipped house, except for an aging barbecue, certainly of a brand but with notably lid handles that must be re-bolted. For anything else!

Typical house of Ile de Ré, very pleasant with its garden and summer kitchen. It's big and well laid out. Its location is perfect . A stone's throw from the port and its shops, like the Arnérault beach. Alexandra is very welcoming. Don't hesitate to book their parking because in high season finding a spot can be complicated. We had a lovely stay .

The house is pretty and modern. Everything is well thought out. The equipment is very complete. Ideal for 2 couples because 2 separate night spaces. Located 2 steps from the port and the city center. We'll be back.

We had an extremely pleasant week with our family in Saint Trojan. Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation was comfortable, extremely clean and what to say about the beautiful location. We'll be happy to go back!

everything went perfectly well. the house and its exterior are very pleasant. the lake is at the gates of the house and access to the sea is rather good even on foot or by bike. the house is very well-equipped for a pleasant stay

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Beautiful house and very well-equipped. The pool is large and the summer kitchen is very nice. We were 2 families with kids and we didn't feel cramped. The pool was malfunctioning but the owner was responsive unlike the concierge. We recommend eyes closed.

Very pleasant family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the child-safe pool, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no time wasted waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, as it is very quiet and close to shops.

Very well-equipped house. Large grounds and beautiful pool. Bakery and small grocery store right across the street from the house. Chateillallon beach nearby. We found the area a little lacking in accessible cultural activities for people with reduced mobility. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation with our children and grandchildren.

We travelled from the UK via the Plymouth to Roscoff ferry to stay at Alain’s fantastic house and had a great time! The house is large and spacious with a lovely garden and swimming pool. 8 modern sunbeds and an outside kitchen, lounge and dining area were fantastic. The pool was a godsend as it was always 25 degs and sunny during our stay in the last week in July 24. The house is very well equipped for cooking with all manor of pots pans and utensils for any Chefs out there! Beds and bedrooms are large and comfortable. The beach and 3-4 nice Resturants are a 10 min walk away and the centre of La Rochelle town is around a 20 min drive. Supermarkets are a 5 min drive away. We really loved our stay and Alain was a great host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Christophe’s stylish and comfortable home. Everything we needed was there and more and we all loved Moquette! The area was lovely and a highlight was definitely the Fete des Moules and huitres in Les Boucholeurs, we were nearly the last to leave! Thanks Christophe.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Neptune immensely. It is a beautiful, well equipped, house right next to the beach and ocean and in close proximity to the marché couvert and the twice weekly market, bakeries, and all other stores. This house is perfect for large groups, ours was a family gathering and it was ideal for us. We stayed on site a lot, cycling, walking and swimming in the ocean and it the pool. Parking is also on site. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would want. Fréderique and the local contact were very responsive. We enjoyed sunsets over the ocean from the two decks, and breakfast in the back yard. It was extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful. In early June it is still very quiet in Châtelaillon Plage. Close by attractions abound, such as the Ile d’Oléron, Brouage, Ile de Ré and La Rochelle. We will be happy to return!
