Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location for visiting Oléron Island

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Simply magical! 6 residents of a Seine et Marnais nursing home accompanied by 3 professionals stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house. New Year's Day weekend with friends in St-Palais. The house is large enough, very clean and well-equipped, with many products available. It is well located for cycling or walking trips, and close to the center. Bernard is a very responsive and accommodating host. Easy communication. Recommended rental!

And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

this little house is perfect for holidays even when the weather is mixed. the bedding is spotless, the kitchen is functional, everything is thought out so that we are really good and we will come back with great pleasure

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Great stay at Delphine's for this Christmas 2024 with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thanks Delphine!

We came to spend Mother's Day with our children in this beautiful home. We were very kindly welcomed by the person who opened the house to us. Pleasant not to go through a lockbox. We were able to appreciate its great comfort and refined decoration. The bedding is excellent, the kitchen equipment is amazing to prepare good dishes. The flowery exterior, perfectly maintained with its different living rooms is a plus. The heated pool delighted us. We would definitely recommend it.

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Christophe's. Very clean accommodation and as described. Close to shops. Perfect for a few days on the island. We'll be happy to go back!! See you soon!!

Kevin was very responsive and helpful with questions. He greeted us and showed us how everything worked. He was very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room on the very large sofa for our family. The pool was beautiful and bigger than it looked on the photo. There was a safe hard pool cover which was good for children. The showers were very good quality. It was very spacious place to stay with walk in wardrobe and view of pool from main bedroom. Good amount of shade outside with big umbrella over table and outside awning. Outside area with pizza oven was nice extra. Kitchen was high quality. Very short walk to supermarket was convenient. Felt safe to cycle with children right from property. Property felt private and not overlooked at all. Could hear the sea at night and so many stars. Was nicely decorated but not personal so felt at home right away.

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! Typical house, pleasant, spacious and quiet for a family stay on the Île de Ré. Ideal for visiting the island and its surroundings. Close to the beach and the Couarde market. Note that parking for one vehicle is on the street in front of the house, so it can be problematic during busy periods to park more than one vehicle. Effective communication with the host, very responsive when requested.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Very nice little house, ideal for a family of 4/5. Very well located just steps to the beach. Tennis court available, well maintained. Very responsive host. We had a pleasant stay.
