A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay with my two children, the house is in a very good location close to the bike paths of the Loire, private courtyard to park your vehicle. The house is very clean and well-equipped, we were able to enjoy the pool, sauna, ping-pong table and bikes kindly provided. Dany lives on site in the house opposite, very discreet and available as needed. I highly recommend this peaceful haven for good times with the family.

Jacky is a very welcoming and available host. The house is very well kept and the garden is nice. A (small) effort to be made on the culinary accessories, especially at the level of the cutlery for cooking, which was lacking. RAS for the rest.

When we arrived back at the Gîte de La Gervaise from our beautiful bike trip on the Loire, it was almost like arriving home. We enjoyed the two days there in the best weather in peace. Thanks again. Sylvia and Luc for the great hospitality and especially for the opportunity to safely park our car in the yard during our 10-day bike trip. This place is absolutely enchanting. It's one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed at. Christophe is very helpful and responsive and it is clear that the renovation of the house was done with a much attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very well equipped. The garden is one of the best parts of this booking. I definitely recommend!

This adorable little cottage might be a bit off the beaten path, but it's well worth the travel across the stunning winding roads of the French countryside. Immaculately clean, well-equipped and modern, the house provides every comfort one could need. I only wish we could have spent more time. Thanks, Sebastian, for a terrific stay!

Thanks to David for hosting us. We came for work and the few moments of relaxation in the pool were life-saving! Special mention to the common area that was not specified on the listing and that brings a big plus to the rental. We can see that David really had attention to detail. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The beds were comfortable the house was superb. It had a beautiful energy about the place and was relaxing. The chickens kept us entertained outside. And we enjoyed walks around exploring the gardens. ALS the blackberries were in season and simply delicious 👌 we enjoyed our final night sitting in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of red wine.. highly recommend

Chartres is a city that is quite close where you can do loads of great stuff or you can easily take the train there to do a day in Paris. We had an amazing stay!
