Great stay in this beautiful house, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. The peaceful environment, heated pool and large fenced garden are perfect for children. We were warmly welcomed by Eugenie and her husband, always available but discreet and with delicate attention (bouquet of roses and peonies on arrival and small local gifts). Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Olivier's, the house is very nice and beautifully decorated, there is also everything you need to cook. The garden is lovely and the pool spacious enough. The surroundings are also very pretty and quiet, we'll be back with pleasure.

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

The accommodation matches expectations, it is very good. It is particularly well equipped for activities (between foosball, billiards, swimming pool, petanque, tennis court, etc.).

Beautiful house where absolutely nothing is missing. Very clean, with a welcoming interior and exterior that makes you want to extend the stay by a few more days. Mylène is attentive, always reachable and simply very kind. Recommended!

We had a great weekend at Sylvie and Antoine's place. Beautifully furnished accommodation, very clean, we didn't want for anything. We enjoyed a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden, also walks around the accommodation. Great location for visiting the area. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay was amazing. With a family of 5 people, it was great. Very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms. In addition, very large garden to sit wonderfully private and charging our electric car is certainly a plus. We'd love to come back again.

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well made when there are many people. Enclosed garden ideal for children and the place and its surroundings really very beautiful. It's easy to access and the communication is excellent. Great spot for a weekend getaway less than 1 hour from Paris.

Le 90s village is great for a trip back in time, with arcade and video games, a VHS cinema, pinball, video consoles, old TVs and many more details. It was a lot of fun, all the machines were free to play all the time and worked great. There is no WiFi and almost no cell phone service, so it's like the 90s, you just have to adjust to it. 😉 Thank you, those were a few beautiful days.

Small house with lots of charm located just behind a beautiful castle. The place is very quiet and allows you to enjoy the large garden peacefully. Diane is a very friendly and ultra responsive host. We will definitely come back to enjoy this beautiful house and garden (with a house and bedding in excellent condition as a bonus).

It's good to live in this cozy house, the place is bucolic. The little ones (who are not forgotten) and the adults were delighted.

We enjoyed the stay very much with our family. The cottage was well equipped and the rooms were as described. It was all very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms are very spacious. We were received very kindly and flexibly and if we had a question we got a quick answer. Furthermore it is a beautiful place, with lots of nature and tranquility. A beautiful and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

This place is absolutely enchanting. It's one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed at. Christophe is very helpful and responsive and it is clear that the renovation of the house was done with a much attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very well equipped. The garden is one of the best parts of this booking. I definitely recommend!

Kevin's house is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, by the river, allowing you to indulge in friendly activities, swimming, beautiful walks and even a boat as a bonus! the house offers a beautiful outdoor space, with charming sheep as a neighbor and Luna, the owner's dog, adorable and very affectionate. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly, we will happily stay at his place again!

Great stay of 4 days with friends. The house, garden and pool are beautiful! Very bright house, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and a large American refrigerator, beautiful master suite on the ground floor... Very quiet environment, and the Intermarché is only 4 min by car, very convenient. A huge thank you to Belinda and Sonia who were flexible in allowing us to check in early and especially check out late on the last day. We were able to fully enjoy our last day, which is rare in this type of reservation. And thank you also for parking our motorcycles on the grounds;) I hope to come back with pleasure accompanied by my daughter!
