Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Ideally located at the gates of Châteaudun on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle without detours, a perfect stop on the Loir bike route and accessible to people with reduced mobility, it offers a small garden with terrace where you can have your meals, as well as access to my land on the edge of the Loir (not PRM), which I will be happy to share!

Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. The accommodation is located 800 meters from Châteaudun and close to all amenities. Sleeps 4 people, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron, home of the Tarte Tatin, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5-hectare park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate. Hikes from the cottage. Adult bikes are available with participation. Villeny is the perfect place to watch and experience the deer rut
