Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

We had a great stay at Frederics place. It’s wonderfully located and in a quiet area. It was spacious with lots of room! Everything was clean and well maintained. A big garden which was perfect for my children.

Property located in a small hamlet very quiet but close to amenities (bakeries, supermarkets,...), tourist sites or amusement parks in Vendee and about twenty minutes from the beaches. Very spacious, well-appointed and as described. Thanks to Philippe and Louise, welcoming, responsive hosts with whom we had simple and fluid communication!

December 2024: 8-day stay for a family group parents, children and grandchildren. Charming and cozy Retaise house where we had a great holiday. Its location is perfect quiet at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac and within walking distance ( or scooter for the 3-year-old): just 10 minutes from the city center ( shops, supermarket, market halls with the bonus on the square on Christmas holidays rides and small ice rink) and barely 15 minutes from the Sergents beach. Bernadette, Amélie's mother, had taken care to heat the house a few days before our arrival. Baby cot, beach games for the little one and firewood to decorate evenings with a fireplace awaited us without forgetting some sweets for the grown-ups. Again a big thank you to Bernadette for all these touches as well as for the trust she has given us in a self check-in and checkout.

Great stay at Séverine's. The apartment is located close to the center and the port. The decor is very nice. We were able to make the most of the arrival of the Vendée Globe. Thank you

We had a lovely stay on the island of Ré. Nathalie's apartment is very spacious, warm and very pleasant and its location is perfect. From our arrival to our departure, Nathalie was concerned about our well-being. At the end of the year, the alleys and shops are beautifully decorated, the daily market is bustling and the café terraces are cheerful and lively. We loved it! Many thanks to Nathalie for indirectly contributing to this success.

We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but direct access via the exterior staircase makes us think it's a house. The area is lovely. As a result, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. Interior design and cleanliness are very much appreciated. Compared to our usual way of enjoying X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication by message or with the concierge is quick. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back. 🙂

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

We had a very pleasant stay in a castle-like setting, with extremely friendly and humorous hosts. Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will keep a great memory of our time in your beautiful home!

The house was great - very spacious and clean with lots of activities and things to do! The location is great within a short walk to the local town Hosts were very discreet and communicated well.

A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

Thanks to Romain and Kathleen for hosting us. We had a great weekend with friends in the countryside in this very well equipped house. The hot tub and heated pool were a real plus! Beautiful atmosphere in the living room with its billiards and jukebox. Thanks again, Christophe and Stéphanie

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

Great stay at La Clé Chaumoise! The place is really great: super cozy, well decorated and super clean. It feels like home right away. The location is perfect for a vacation with friends, close to many activities and La Roche-sur-Yon. The hosts are super welcoming and accommodating. Frankly, if you are looking for a quiet and well-located place for your vacation, I would 100% recommend it.

This rental for the WE absolutely delighted us. The house has all the necessary amenities and is well laid out. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very nice and everything was as described. The hosting was very warm and Laetitia was extremely responsive. We already want to come back!

We had a lovely weekend! The house is nice and the garden is spacious and peaceful. The Jacuzzi definitely makes it a perfect plan for a relaxing break! Our host was very responsive and understanding, we'll be back with pleasure!
