70 m2 house renovated with the help of an architect, composed of an exterior offering a magnificent view of the entire village. It includes on the ground floor a large living/dining room with equipped kitchen; a double bedroom with shower room and toilet (separate). Upstairs is a second very spacious bedroom with adjoining shower room and toilet as well. Great for spending good times with family or friends. The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
