The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a great stay and appreciated Katarina’s hospitality. The house was a very convenient place for us to break up our long drive to Southern Spain and literally 5mins from the LeShuttle, and we got to enjoy being right by the beach in Folkestone as well. Super house and great host.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

David was very helpful and the flat was clean and big and really well located - lovely sea views and breakfast on the sunny terrace was a real treat.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. We have stayed in Whitstable and this place has jumped to the top of our favourites. Located with in easy walking distance of both the town, beach and harbour we would have no problems recommending this apartment. Next time we stay in Whitstable we will definitely be looking to see if this place is available
