Monthly Rentals in Charlotte

This was the perfect place to stay. It was very nice, clean, easy to find I would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Bathrooms aren’t luxurious, but they were clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy fireplace in the king bedroom. There is noise from the road, but it wasn’t enough to bother us. We would stay here again for sure.

This is my hometown and for the last 5 years we’ve couch surfed or got a hotel. It always made for a chaotic and exhausting trip. This was right in the middle of our families, plenty of space for the kids to decompress and gave us a nice reminder of country living! All for the same price as a hotel!

I couldn't brag enough on this place. Roger was great with communication. He answers quick. He had me checked in within an hour from booking. And so many small things that made it even better. Most Airbnb's I get. When I get there. I never know what all I need to bring. But Roger's place. Was perfect. I come in and it smelled great and was clean. First thing I checked was a coffee pot. He has plenty of coffee pods ready for the nice, clean coffee maker. Then I went to the bathroom to put my thing up and he has soap, toothpaste, shampoo. Everything a hotel would have. All new packages laying out ready. I thought man this service is great. Then I seen the nice new front load washers and thought I better grab some laundry detergent. Well Roger is a step ahead of me again. They have soap and dryer sheets. I could go on and on how much I appreciated the little things. Plenty of blankets, extra pillows, waters in the refrigerator, pancake mix and a few other extra items. Thank y'all
