Monthly Rentals in Charles Town

This is our second stay at Dale and Sandy's Historic House. It was as restful and relaxing as our first stay. The holiday decorations were a delightful addition to the ambiance. There are plenty of items in the kitchen (toaster, microwave, etc.) to put takeout meals together. Tee Dawgs BBQ around the corner has good food. This time we had a chance to walk around town and browse the shops. The antique shops and the Firehouse Art Gallery were interesting places to wander around. We would definitely book again.

This home worked out perfectly for my video production team while shooting a project at Summit Point Motorsports Park. We were able to park our production vans safely in the driveway and use the gym area to unload equipment without issue. Home was clean, well described and documented, and very comfortable.

Spacious townhome, new-ish feeling, super clean. We were there in winter and it was so nice being able to park in a garage. It was an ideal place for us to stay while visiting family in the area.
