Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Enjoy the many activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking on the Lesse, Dinant, castles... The center of Hastière, with its restaurants and shops, is a 2-minute drive away.

Enjoy a duplex home located on the 1st floor, with hot tub close to all amenities. Bakery, supermarket and shops accessible in the immediate vicinity on foot. The train station is a 5-minute walk. It will only take 40 minutes by train to access the center of Brussels and 20 minutes to go to Charleroi. The closest highway is 5 min away by car. Brussels is a 30 min drive and Charleroi is a 15 min drive. Possibility of direct transfer to airports.

In the quiet of the Theodosian countryside, in a bucolic setting, my house will allow you to recharge your batteries. You can also walk to the ponds of Saint-Denis. By car, you will be 15 minutes from Mons, 8 minutes from Soignies. Pairi Daiza is only 20 minutes away. The central canal and its historic elevators are a 15-minute drive away. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the different terraces and the pergola.
