The apartment is slightly elevated on a hill/"mountain" above downtown Namur. The large residential area in which the apartment is located is extremely peaceful, green and worth a walk itself if you can handle a few meters of altitude. You can walk down to the city center in about 30 minutes, is by bus, which stops less than 50 meters from the apartment, but in 10 minutes at the train station or the old town. The apartment was very clean and tidy and properly equipped. Check-in and check-out went absolutely smoothly. Since I myself attach great importance to peace and quiet: There is almost no street noise and I did hear a little bit from Hans and his family, but it was more homey than disturbing. A few steps on wood and a washing machine during the day. Otherwise it was quiet and the surroundings were downright idyllic. If I come back to Namur, I'll definitely look for this apartment. Thanks!

Very well-maintained and pleasant accommodation. The layout is very well thought out. All the equipment is there and even more. The accommodation is very easy to find thanks to Gregory's clear directions and responsiveness. Parking is very easy and amenities are close by. The environment is a little sad (set of building bars, storage on the landings of the different floors, noisy neighborhood), and as stated in the other reviews, specify that there is no elevator in the listing. With a baby, it's complicated all these floors 😅 Finally, as also mentioned in the other reviews, a few more blankets would have saved us from being cold at night

Small room, faithful to the listing, a good step back in time to the 60s/70s. Simply beautiful view with its small terrace. Excellent. Very Quiet, Clean, Excellent Bedding, even the sofa bed. The owners live in the house and are very attentive. Thank you for hosting our 2 dogs. 🐕 🐕 Private parking is available in front of the house In the city center, close to everything, Restaurants, Boats, Cathedral, Citadel... I recommend it. 👌😉

Nice studio within walking distance of the city center of Namur. Very close to the station and not far from a free parking ("parking malin"). At night it was very quiet and quiet. Price-quality is a winner. Albanito was very quick to respond and very flexible. Recommend!
