A cocoon in the countryside .... You will appreciate the authentic charm of this 19th century farmhouse. In the dining room an antique bar invites you to taste one or another regional beer. Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. The apartment is located on the top of Leuze-en-Hainaut. It has beautiful city views. You have private parking for 2 cars. It is 1.2 km from the station and access to the highway is close by. Supermarkets are within a one-mile radius. You have all the comforts of a recent home (heat, wifi ...). Leuze is between Mons and Tournai and the "Pari Daiza" park is 15 km away. Brussels and Lille are an hours away via the highway.
