Monthly Rentals in Charlemont

Fantastic house, clean and new. Great location for what we needed (sporting event in Geelong). The room configuration was great. Everything we needed on hand. Quiet and peaceful area but close to all amenities including supermarkets and restaurants. Great communication from hosts. Easy to access the hose with the electronic keypad. Plenty of room to park off-street. Would highly recommend.

Had a nice stay here. Good location with a 5 min walk to the Belmont shopping centre which has supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and the local pub. You need a car if you want to get to Geelong otherwise there is a bus stop nearby in the shopping centre. Accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable, but there's no couch. There is a shared kitchen if you want to cook food but only a microwave in your room (where you can heat up food). WIFI was excellent. There is free parking but we had to use the gravel lot next door (which was ok). There is some paved parking on the main block but not enough room for all cars if multiple units are occupied. Overall, the accommodation was good and good value for money.

Great airbnb, especially for those with pets! Tim was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Tiny house was clean, had all amenities and matched the photos perfectly. The location was ideal for us with family nearby, and would suit anyone wanting to be within ~10 mins drive of Geelong City Centre. Highly recommend and we will no doubt be back :)

We were greeted by a lovely bunch of Oriental Lillies, the house was modern with all imaginable appliances and facilities. Very warm and insulated, the beds were extremely comfortable.
