Fabrice’s place is very good in an amazing neighbourhood, it is located near two metro lines which helped us a lot to go to all the places directly, the place is very clean, cozy and suitable for a family of 4. the apartment is as shared. Fabrice is very responsive for any questions/inquires.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, von Kaffee über Shampoo bis zu Spielzeug, und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten zuverlässig und reibungslos. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen kann. Die Metro ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte der Weg für kleine Kinderbeine oder nach einem Ausflugstag zu lang sein, empfiehlt sich die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.

Des hôtes très réactifs et trés sympathiques le logement mériterait quelques améliorations surtout sur l utilisation des ustensiles de cuisine en état très limite de propreté(sûrement due au non respect des usagers) ainsi que les oreillers trés utilisés et pas dignes d’une location . Vous êtes des hôtes charmants mais je pense qu il faut savoir renouveler de temps en temps les éléments de confort nécessaires à votre location c est dommage de ne pas vouloir un peu investir car sinon cela serait parfait en tous cas mention mention spéciale à votre gentillesse

Это супер замечательная квартира . Я восхищена была чистотой и порядком . Чудесное и качественное постельное белье . Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . Я очень рада и счастлива оказаться в таком прекрасном и уютном месте . Спасибо . Рекомендую обязательно )))

Amélie’s place was amazing!!! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. She was really great with communication and the check in process was very smooth. She left a list of local restaurants, grocery stores and things to do in Paris. We wanted to stay somewhere away from tourists and Vincennes was perfect for that. It is on the outskirts of Paris but still has lots to do and delicious restaurants. Easy access to the metro as well. I would highly recommend staying at Amélie’s place! You won’t be disappointed!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The space is bright, beautifully maintained, and feels like the perfect Parisian getaway. The location is unbeatable, with a charming brasserie and a fantastic boulangerie just steps away—perfect for morning croissants and coffee. A special shoutout to Aldric, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, even accommodating our late 1 AM arrival with warmth and professionalism. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Geweldige accommodatie op loopafstand van de metro en hartje Parijs binnen een half uur bereikbaar. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad met tien personen tussen de 9 en 74 jaar oud. Ruime nette kamers, grote tuin alles is aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst van Tarik was zeer gastvrij en hij kwam ons zelfs te hulp tijdens de finale van de Champions League. Een absolute aanrader!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Logement agréable avec petite terrasse très mignonne. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment! Les hôtes sont adorables, nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée, qui ont été extrêmement bien détaillée, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Seul petit bémol: la chaleur dans la chambre, provoquée je pense par le velux qu'il y a au plafond.

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the location was beautiful and easy to walk to the train and local attractions. Erwan's house is very quaint and we loved the open kitchen/dining room/living room for family breakfasts, the combination of bedrooms also worked well for our family group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Paris getaway destination!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Le logement correspondait tout à fait à ce qui était annoncé, facile d'accès pour les allers-retours sur Paris, propre et fonctionnel. François a été réactif et disponible pour la remise des clés. Merci pour la flexibilité et bonne continuation !

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
