Vacation rentals with a home theater in Charenton-le-Pont

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We had a last-minute obligation that forced us to change our check-in time. Didier helped us a lot to honor an appointment and respond to this unforeseen event. We found a welcoming and warm person. He even helped us a lot with "little unimportant things" that made our lives much easier. Small touches that speak volumes about his kindness and willingness to be "a Host". Thank you! In short, an ideal place to rest and recharge. As time passed quickly, it was important to us to give, not an opinion, but a little touch of sincerity on the setting, the welcome and the personality of our Host! Everything was in accordance with the text and photos. Except perhaps the human warmth and distinction of Didier, which cannot be described, but shared. Take the time to discover it, it's a beautiful interlude.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We stayed in Guitho’s place for 3 nights and we liked it very much! We had no problems to find the place and check in instructions were very detailed. Parking fits 3-4 cars easily and is fully private. The house is very spacious and is divided into three floors. One bedroom is at the basement floor next to little gym - it’s a bit dark, but pleasantly cool and it has it’s own little kitchenette; main kitchen, dining room, small office, a play room and spacious lounge are at the main floor; all other bathrooms and bedrooms are at the upper floor. We were six adults and two children and we had no problems to settle in. The house has plenty of space outside too - at the front and at the back. We enjoyed both the dining room for a lunch inside on a hot afternoon and the terrace for a barbecue dinner on a pleasantly warm evening. Children enjoyed picking cherries from the tree, while adults enjoyed drinks on the terrace with a wonderful view of a garden and a church next door! We’ll be back!

The accommodation fully complied with the description. There was everything we needed, even extra pillows were available. It was also great that a parking space was included. The house itself was quiet and the area pleasant. To get to the center, various metro stations could be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!
