We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room. It has a lovely place, it is a patio surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee. I liked everything. A little complicated, the key holder could be a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good

We had a pleasant stay at Nikita's. Everything was perfect. It feels like home. There is nothing missing for cooking and the accommodation is very clean. Plus, it's close to the subway. We'll be back for sure .

The studio has a great location - a 5-minute walk to a subway station (line 1), a grocery store (Franprix with a Lavazza vending machine), and good restaurants (Avenue de Paris). Also within a 5-minute walk is Chateau de Vincennes which is worth seeing. You can get to the Louvre in 20 minutes by Metro. The host Patrice is a very nice person and speaks French and English. We spent 5 wonderful nights at this place in May, 2025 Tatyana and Rumen Toronto, Canada

Melissa was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was gorgeous, very clean and the area was great. Lots of places to go out and quite close to the Metro for onward transport to Paris. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at Em'Barka. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the described amenities were available and the communication was very good. For us, the location was also optimal, as it is only a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station and you can get to the center of Paris super fast by train. All in all, a nice and cozy accommodation, where you could relax in the evening after a long day in the city! :)

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transportation, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all a pleasant stay, especially if you love peace and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

A special shoutout to Aldric, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, even accommodating our late 1 AM arrival with warmth and professionalism. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place in Paris, this is it. Highly recommend!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
