We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Costcutters shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.
