Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. Lovely apartment, balcony, free parking space.

A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking and virtually no traffic going past. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony with a view over the town. Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave.

The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.
