The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.
