Monthly Rentals in Chao Khun Sing

This is a wonderful, affordable, comfortable condo in a very laid-back location close to everything! Restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, an Olympic-size pool, shops etc. Very, very convenient. It's also close to the Canal taxi which is a relatively quick and fun way to get into the heart of Bangkok. Grace has been the best. She personally gave me an extensive tour of the area, best restaurants, etc. and has sent information on tourist recommendations, various services like storage facilities and so on. She is very responsive as a host and was quick to help anytime I had a question or request regarding the condo or neighborhood. I would highly recommend her as a host!

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.

Administrative help like the TM30? She handles it. A small issue or simple question? She replies quickly, with kindness and clarity. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-located, and comfortable. But what truly made the difference was Oom’s amazing energy and care. A real gem. Value for the money is great. Good location with lots of street food and restaurant around there. The room is clean and spacious.
