We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!

quiet area right outside the old town. you can catch the prettiest sunrise and sunset in Chiang Mai on the roof if you are lucky !!

The room was very clean, and I had a comfy stay there. The location is great, there’s a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s right across the street, and it’s within walking distance to the Night Bazaar.

One of the cleanest and best equipped apartments within one of the best Condos in Chiang Mai. The host is super friendly and nice, always responded promptly, and puts much effort into helping out with anything I needed. Thank you very much for a great 2-months stay! 🙏

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

I had the chance to stay in this room and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic—just about a 10-minute walk to the Night Bazaar. The room itself is beautiful with an amazing view. There's a swimming pool and a fitness center on the rooftop, which makes the view even more stunning. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again next time!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

The accommodation is as clean and nice as it is expensive!! There's everything you need, and there's quite a lot to eat around here.

Perfect airbnb, could not have asked for anything better. The apartment has a coffee shop downstairs and opposite the street, 7-11 walking distance, lots of food vendors at night, 5-20 minutes taxi from most popular destinations costing about USD $3 on average each ride. I prioritised a quiet, modern, safe apartment and comfortable stay and that's what I got. I will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai. 5 stars.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

We had really good time here. Jorge always replied messages fast,also reminded us for filling out TDAC. The apartment is quite close to Chiang Mai old city(4mins away) There also has 7-11 in front of the building. It’s really a good choice for staying in Chiang Mai 🙌

Mint was an exceptional host - so attentive and helpful every step of the way. She took such amazing care of my wife and me from check-in, to helping us with immigration paperwork, to giving instructions about receiving a package, extending our reservation and finally check out. She responds quickly, professionally and kindly to every message. The room itself was perfect. There is a nice view of the (very nice) Shangri-La hotel's pool, tennis courts and gardens as well as views of Doi Sutthep and the foothills out in Doi Sakket and Sankhampeng. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and both the living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors onto a nice-sized balcony. Water pressure and temperature perfect with a high-quality / high-wattage on-demand heater hidden under the sink supplying the shower and bath. Room matched the pictures and all appliances worked. Don't miss the gyms, saunas / steams and pool on Fl 16 of both A and B building. Walkable area, lots around!

Excellent condo. Great view. Very nicely decorated, clean, well maintained and a decent amount of kitchen equipment. The gym is well equipped also, right next to the rooftop pool. The Host was extremely responsive, polite and helpful from start to finish. Location was great, easy to park if you are driving and just a short walk to the night bazaar. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay in Chang Mai. Thank you!.
