I had a great time in this apartment located in the Astra Sky River condominium. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable, very well-equipped and perfectly in line with the photos and description. The big plus: the incredible rooftop pool with panoramic views of Chiang Mai — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The building is modern, secure and very well maintained. The location is great: a few minutes from the Night Bazaar, the old town, and with many options for dining and shopping nearby. Everything is easily accessible by foot or scooter. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, check-in/check-out very simple. I highly recommend this apartment, whether for a solo stay like mine or for a couple. I'd love to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mai!

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. The location is excellent, situated near a variety of great restaurants, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the local scene. Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Really nice place and has all the amenities you need for cooking and cleaning. No issues with communication and any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very sad to leave and I hope to stay again next year! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This listing was a very comfortable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath suitable for three adults. The room has excellent Wi-Fi with speeds approaching 500 Mb/s. It’s located on the 8th floor of a high-rise condominium on the shady side of the building. The building has an awesome 150m long rooftop pool and a good gym on the 17th floor. The building is an approximate 20 minute walk to old town. Our only surprise was that the unit only had hot water in the shower. The kitchen and bathroom sinks only have cold water. This was not a limiting issue for us, but it was a surprise. Natasa is an excellent host and we would certain recommend this Airbnb.

OK fist thing first... and this is 100% on me. I thought this was the sky river condo. when there could not unlock the key box. turns out i was at the wrong condo. oops SO just make sure you know where you are booking. the condo was nice, the bed so comfy bonus there is a washing machine if you need to do a quick load. ( 7-11 has a small bag of detergent ) location was great to was nice to be out of old town but only a 7 min. motorbike ride or a 15 min walk. all in all was a great stay I was there for 10 days in early may.

Great stay! The place was super clean and felt brand new. The bathroom smelled good and everything was spotless. The whole space had a cozy, welcoming vibe and looked just like the photos. Robert was awesome — super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Definitely a solid Airbnb experience!

Perfect condo. Everything you need. Amazing pool, sauna, steam room. Gym a little small but overall great stay and will return. Host very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend:)

Natasa’s place was wonderful. I especially liked there were 2 tv’s as not many places have a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Nice layout. Bed was comfortable. Well worth the price and communication was excellent and very fast and responsive. I love staying at the Astra building. It is centrally located and walkable to everywhere in town. Very safe and secure building with 24/7 security guards.

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

It was a great place to stay when traveling with multiple families.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

I could not have asked for a better place to spend a month in Chiang Mai! It’s a perfect location and the hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. I would stay again next time!
