We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, situated near a variety of great restaurants, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the local scene. Pine was a gracious host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai!

Really nice place and has all the amenities you need for cooking and cleaning. No issues with communication and any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very sad to leave and I hope to stay again next year! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

the studio has an amazing wooden desk that includes a pretty big monitor. Absolutely perfect of you're working while travelling like me. Flawless very fast internet. Perfect place for digital nomad to stay for a few weeks or months. Highly recommended, I wish more places looked like this

This listing was a very comfortable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath suitable for three adults. The room has excellent Wi-Fi with speeds approaching 500 Mb/s. It’s located on the 8th floor of a high-rise condominium on the shady side of the building. The building has an awesome 150m long rooftop pool and a good gym on the 17th floor. The building is an approximate 20 minute walk to old town. Our only surprise was that the unit only had hot water in the shower. The kitchen and bathroom sinks only have cold water. This was not a limiting issue for us, but it was a surprise. Natasa is an excellent host and we would certain recommend this Airbnb.

Because it's on the highest floor, the view from the window is really very, very comfortable, and the swimming pool is the longest and largest, which made a very deep impression on me. This is my second time in Chiang Mai this year, and I like it very much. The room has everything it should have, but the elevator here just broke down when I checked in, so the waiting time was very long, I could only take the freight elevator, and all the guests were waiting for the freight elevator. I don't know how long the maintenance time here will be!I hope the elevator is normal next time I come.

Lovely place in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and always available when we needed assistance or advice. The apartment buildings amenities were great and was nearby to plenty of shops (711’s and big c), markets and cafes. The wifi lagged occasionally which did get fairly annoying as we work online, but if you don’t need it for work then I think it would be fine!

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Natasa’s place was wonderful. I especially liked there were 2 tv’s as not many places have a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Nice layout. Bed was comfortable. Well worth the price and communication was excellent and very fast and responsive. I love staying at the Astra building. It is centrally located and walkable to everywhere in town. Very safe and secure building with 24/7 security guards.

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Great stay! The place was super clean and felt brand new. The bathroom smelled good and everything was spotless. The whole space had a cozy, welcoming vibe and looked just like the photos. Robert was awesome — super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Definitely a solid Airbnb experience!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!
