Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Le Chanaz 89 is centrally located in the Savoyard village of Chanaz on the banks of the Savière Canal leading directly to Lake Bourget. On the way to the Via Rhôna, ideal for a small stopover, possibility to store bicycles in a sheltered and closed place. Canoe and boat rental without a license a few meters away for a ride on the canal and Lake Bourget.
