Our cottage is rated 4 stars. It is located a 10-minute walk from the shops and the center of the La Feclaz resort. (snowshoeing 50 m, cross country skiing South plateau 50 m, downhill skiing 10 min, mountain biking and walks 2 min. The cottage is new, all wood, facing south, in a quiet and bucolic location. (no road nearby, no overcrowding, view of the forest and meadows!) Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs play area with TV, DVD player, sofa bed + bed under the eaves.

You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for couples who love nature and want to relax in peace. The chalet is not suitable for children and infants. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. Birds of prey and other birds as well as large animals (deer, hinds) can be frequently observed depending on the season.
