We stayed at the accommodation for a week and were very satisfied. The apartment was as described and had something homely and cozy. The area around it was beautiful and in a very quiet location. (No shopping within walking distance) The garden was also a dream and invited you to linger. Contact with the host was always very friendly and helpful. We would come back.

We had an unforgettable girls weekend in the Granges à Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding. The air conditioning is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the care for us, thank you again

We felt very comfortable. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is special. Our children were very happy about the pool and we parents were too.

William, thank you for using your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the area and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be gone. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

300 m from the via rhona (bike) in a quiet cornfield. Small studio tastefully renovated. You can put the bikes in their garage. Very discreet hosts. Don't forget to buy a brioche saint genix (town 5 km away)

Loved being just a short walk/uber from the city center and also right on the trails and quick access to the lake front. The pool and terrace were fabulous. The beds comfy. Beverages provided were a nice touch. Patricia was warm and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from Annecy city center. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice stay in a beautiful area, very nice accommodation, ideal for a nice stay, everything is perfect in this accommodation and especially the air conditioning in this hot period, all shops within walking distance.

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Wonderful balcony on 2 sides of the accommodation with excellent seats and even sun loungers. The only downside is the main road between the accommodation and the lake. This will cause some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. Great accommodation, just at the parking level where you have to park a street away. The place was spotless, super clean, very modern. Very responsive host, and super nice.

The area and the apartment is a real slice of heaven I would recommend this apartment without a second thought, which will bring you comfort, privacy and functionality (it's rare to find a kitchen so well-equipped)

Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

An absolutely perfect stay! The garden is beautiful and very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The house has been tastefully refurbished, everything is beautifully arranged and very comfortable — special mention for the beds, really large and pleasant. At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door opens, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. If we come back to the area, there is no doubt that we will return to this accommodation. Thank you again for this quality welcome.
